Floor Plan / Layout
Desks / Workstations
The Green House has 8 dedicated large desks/workstations, each roughly 7x7’ with privacy partitions, and lots of storage capacity for your supplies and valuables.
Flex Space
We offer flex space for up to 10 members at any given time, including us of the lounge, bar, and front desk area.
Conference Rooms
We have two conference rooms 1) Large with a capacity for 8-10 people, 2) Small with capacity for 4-6 people. The conference rooms are reserved for particular Membership levels for free, however Flex Members can use them if they’re unoccupied.
Indoor Atrium
Need to make a private phone call? Not only do we have the conference rooms, but The St. Claire building’s large indoor atrium is perfect for taking a call, meeting guests or just stretching your legs.
Location + Walkability
Located in the heart of Downtown Bend, OR (above Hola! Mexican Restaurant), you won’t find a better office location!
Events
A location to host your client meetings is a built-in benefit for Members. As an a la carte benefit for Members, The Green House is the perfect place to host your larger after-hours business events.
Free Coffee + Tea
You work hard, so we work hard to keep you fueled throughout the day with your favorite brew.
Free Printing
We’re not 100% digital all the time, so sometimes you need to print things. We offer free 8.5x11” and 11x17” printing, up to 100 pages/mo.
